  - 6 Ring dips


Rest 3 minutes, and then...


3 minute AMRAP:

  - 6 Toe to Bar

  - 6 Wall ball 20/14#


Rest 3 minutes, and then...


3 minute AMRAP:

  - 6 Box jump 24/20"

  - 6 Sit up


Rest 3 minutes, and then...Repeat!


*2nd round only 2 minute rest each*
