10 Minutes to build a Heavy Snatch

Against a 15 minute running clock, perform the following in order:

0-5 minutes amrap:
 - 4 Overhead Squats 95/65#
 - 6 Box Jumps 24/20"
 - 8 Push Up

5-10 minutes amrap:
 - 4 Pull Up
 - 6 V Up
 - 8 Wall Ball 20/14#

10-15 minutes
 - 4 Power Snatches 95/65#
 - 6 Box Jumps 24/20"
 - 8 Ring Dips
